I utilize a strength-based approach to treatment to foster resilience and healthy development.

Play Therapy

My practice focuses on supporting young children and their families, and the primary therapeutic modality used is play therapy. I take a strength based, relational approach. Together, we help your child learn to identify and express emotions, process and make meaning of experiences, build social and communication skills, and strengthen relationships, all through their natural way of communicating; play!

I also provide Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), which is an evidence-based treatment designed to support parents and children who have had a traumatic experience.

Parent Support and Family Therapy

When working with young children, it is essential to work collaboratively with the child’s parents/guardians. For families who are experiencing a transition or challenge, I offer family therapy sessions so we can support the whole family as you work through the experience together.

Reflective Supervision

I strongly believe in supporting and growing the field of therapists specializing in infant and early childhood mental health. Intervening early can change the trajectory of a child’s (and family’s) life. I provide reflective supervision to mental health professionals who are looking to expand or deepen their practice in this area.
